April 30, 12:00pm, MDT - 1:00pm, MDT

What you'll learn

Analysts touted 2018 as the “Year of Blockchain in Healthcare”. It’s 2020 and that didn’t really happen. Starting with the Department of Health and Human Services’ “Blockchain Challenge” in 2016, there was a deluge of potential scenarios and solutions but the industry struggled to prove and implement the value of Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT)/Blockchain at scale. Fast forward to 2020 where we are facing increasing costs and the need for new therapies in the healthcare and life sciences supply chain. We now have more mature business value driven solutions with more mature technology. We have a better understanding of where real value exists that will not only reduce costs but enable care transformation and improved outcomes with accelerated drug development timelines.

In this webinar we’ll explore what’s different now and what the combination of new healthcare and life sciences needs and solutions can look like in 2020 and beyond leveraging DLT/Blockchain.
